Dear Sir,

I used Modbus Tester to take data from our equipement but I could not get some.Modbus tester has shown recommend as below

Read Status : Modbus Exception 02-ILLEGAL DATA ADDRESS

Would you please advise me about the solution.

Hi
The Modbus Exception 02-ILLEGAL DATA ADDRESS means that the data address received in the query is not an allowable address for your slave.

Hi,

The start adress is not in the data area where you can apply your function or start adress + length is out of this area. That means that you can\'t read or write in any data area.
Be carefull writing start adress in deciaml (or in hexa if preceded by 0x).
